Healthy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

-1 Egg Yolk
-1 Tbsp Milk
-1 Tbsp Water
-1 Tsp Olive Oil
-1 Tbsp Green Peas/Brocoli
-1 Tbsp Carrots

Directions
1. Steam peas/brocoli/carrots for 10mins-softer
2. Heat pan with olive oil on low heat
3. Whisk together egg yolk, milk and water
4. Slowly lower egg mixture into heated pan
5. Keep Stirring to scramble the eggs, add in the vege.
6. Make sure your eggs are fully cook then serve!
