
Ingredients
Preparation:
1. Melt butter in a thick based frying pan and sauted garlic for a few minutes.
2. Add zucchini and mushrooms and cook for another 3 or 4 minutes.
3. Add milk and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
4. In the meanwhile boil the pasta (any short shapes are perfect).
5. When Al dente; Drain and toss pasta together with the creamy mushroom and zucchini and stir in cheese.
6. Add finely chopped flat leaf parsley.
Note: Yoy may want to blend the mushroom sauce.
